The Reyes Equity Institute serves as the bridge between entities and Latino & Immigrant communities with the goal of transforming beliefs, practices, behaviors, strategies, organizational structures, and service delivery practices. Through tailored consulting services, presentations, workshops, coaching, and mentoring in groups or one-on-one work, we provide pathways that will shift internal culture, and impact external relationships, recruitment, community outreach, and engagement.

We support Latino, Latina, and Latinx individuals in building their capacity to challenge internal and external systems of oppression in order to reach their highest potential, personally and professionally. By way of individual and/or group coaching, guidance, mentoring, support, and networking opportunities.
